P2E’s reach is global, currently being deployed in Bangladesh, Nepal, India, Brazil and Niger.
In our first three years, globally, we’re aiming to skill 10 million youths and help 10,000 land satisfying jobs. We’re committed to ensuring at least 50% participation from young women.
Our learning approaches, local-language content, and collaboration with country partners make P2E a standout solution. Our courses run on the Microsoft Community Training (MCT) platform, which is acknowledged as one of Time Magazine’s 100 best inventions of 2021. The implementation of P2E is being supported by renowned partners like Accenture, Dubai Cares, Microsoft, and UNICEF.
